Ma ahele H1B ma chuu since last October 2011 ahle 6 month vayo, i had masters degree in computer science. Comapny B le recently job offer gareko cha ani GC pani file gardinchuu vaneko cha.
i need little information ..
1) am i eligible for EB2 category ?
2) Is there any salary range for EB2 ?
3) h1b Transfer garna ke garnu parchaa ?

Yes, you are eligible. The salary range will be based on the state you are in. For masters it is around 80k. Your employer will file your transfer, but if you are consultant you must be in project.
