It would be great help if anybody could highlight on this regard. My parents missed their flight Air India in Delhi airport. They were flying to Toronto from Delhi taking domestic flight to Amritsar. There were no staff of airline to help them to get in domestic airport, they were asked by somebody dressed person to leave airport and take taxi to domestic airport. Which created all confusion and they ended up missing flight. After trying all means they were force to get back to Kathmandu again. I tried calling their all services, they haven't got back their baggages yet, we want refund of their tickets , what is the procedure and possibility of getting refund?

Sorry to hear all those stuffs that happens to your parents Hajmola but seems like none of us on sajha have much idea about the refund policy of that airlines and neither do i. But so far as my knowledge i would suggest you to contact the place where your parents got the ticket from or contact the airlines company's branch office that's located in ktm or you can email the head office. Since it seems like you are in Canada so you can communicate well with those people than your parents, so i would say try to email the head office by email. good luck..

Sorry, no idea on this case but found another reason why not fly from Delhi or Indian airports. The staff are totally not helpful.
