i am ready to transfer university but i need the cheapest ,cant afford $5000+  which is normal fee for international student in good university.
i need to find university where i can get in state fee ,.or fee  $2000 and around..
i prefer to transfer university within texas..

thanks for help...

i tried them they dont wanna give in state for business studies...
can get if you are engeneering major
