I would like to request senior Lawyer of Nepal like Mr Balkrishna Neupane to file writ to stop payments of wages,Bhatta etc of the day to CA members if they obstruct constituent assembley's daily official engagement.If these CA members are not paid for the day they stop CA's official schedule atleast Country will save millions of rupees and they will think twice to Rostam gherao if they start to loose from their pocket.Thats only way to get sorted every problem democratically through parliamentarial process.
