Thanks pra_chin but your place looks 4 hrs from Irvine,CA(If I am not wrong).If it is only 20/25 miles away,I could opt for commute too.

I was thinking Irwin, CA not Irvine CA.
I know there are lots of Neplese people arond Los Angles. You will find place and friends once you land in that area.
