after all govt did at least one good job. it should have been done earlier. it is not jsutifiable to keep those guys occupying job. now other people in nepal who are qualified and can surve the country can join. it should be done in every govt. offices too.

That's not enough. These people are defrauding Nepalese people. They should be made to repay the government all the money spent on their stay abroad. That is the only justifiable action.
