i would like to suggest to nepalese king if possible make this rules immediately..so that after election and reestablsihment of democracy in our country the corrupt leader cannot make democracy again in risk
1) no one should be allowed to become primeminister more then twice.
2) all minister must be at least graduate.
3) finance minister must be atleast graduate in finance or econimics.

I think a good suggestion - all ministers and prime ministers should be at least undergraduate. But there should be no restriction as to which faculty... those who has studied economics but no maths are probably doomed, most of the time.
