Seems like the website's been hacked. See for your self @ www.nepalembassyusa.org.
Im trying to renew my passport. Does anyone have the document that provides detailed instructions on what docs need to be submitted?

It seems to be working now. May be some maintenance going when you tried.

The website seemed to made by some 12yrs old kid who is just learning HTML.
