Hello to all Web Developers

I need a small favor from you people which will be a huge one for me.

Ma Junior level (1-2 years) front end ui position ma apply garirako chu, ra malai kehi companies haru le interview request gareka chan.. ma sanga self study gareko knowledge bahek real time experience chaina, tara yo companies haru le expert level ko candidate khojchan ra ma aafai lai interview dina garho hune bhako le malai kohi kasai le interview didina sahayog garna saknu huncha bhane, malai awasya pani samparka garna anurodh gardachu. Ma lageko sulka (fee) tirnechu.
Maile apply nagareko haina.. tara without experience apply garda kohi kasaile contact nagarne bhako le maile aafno biodata tweak garera (2 years ko experience) rakhna badhya bhayeko hoon.
Yedi hajur ko sahayog le mero career bancha bhane kripaya yeti sahayog garna ready bhaidinus. 
Hajurle nasake pani hajur ko chin jaan ma kohi cha bhane khabar gadinu hola.

तेसैले रेसुमे मा ४-५ वर्ष को अनुभव राख्ने.
२ वर्ष को -५ बर्सको केहि फरक हुदैन .
काम गर्न सकेन भने भोलि पल्ट निकाली दिन्छ

so bottom line is..take interview by yourself. no matter you have to face uncountable rejection, take it on your own and eventually you would gonna crack it yourself.

४-५ बर्सको अनुभव हाल्न. साउस्यौती इन्तेर्विएव रेक़ुएस्त औछ
अनि तलव पनि अलि धेरै माग्ने मुज़िहरु संग

if you can't do so...then stand in front of the mirror and थुक्क थुक्ने आफ्नो मुख मा
धिकार छ मेरो जुनी भनेर
Mind it! if Nas(ey) can be an IT developer, then any jerks in the world can.

I am in search of good consultancy jasle yo interview process ma help garcha.. not sure which ones are good which ones are not. Dui patak sikar bhai sakechu.. lost about 1500 dollars.
