 I intend
to join North Dakota State University (NDSU) as a graduate student. I did my
bachelors degree (BE) from IOE, (TU). I already sent my documents to NDSU. I
got an email asking me to submit official transcripts those are from TU. I am quite
unaware of the problem. I kindly request you to provide me the contact address
(Email or cell no.) of the persons who are currently at NDSU. It would be more beneficial
if persons related to engineering department. My email ID is toniraula@hotmail.com.

What problem you are talking about?
You need to have official transcripts made from Jamal and need to send the document on your own. Every US university asks for it. I believe you have just sent attested copies of your transcripts. You can go to Jamal and prepare a voucher for that and apply to get, they will have the official transcript and your diploma(certificate)  sealed in an envelope for you. Best of Luck.

afno kaam afai garnu paryo ni brother. i agree with perrybhadra. natra ya aayera k garne bichar cha. u have to do everything on ur own. if its a difficult situation then u ask for help. ND ekdamai chiso thau ho ra bahira kam pauna garo cha. if u get assistantship or any aid then its a better choice. but the cold will kill u man. i lived there for 2 years.it was pain in the butt.
