Dear All Sajha members, I was physically assaulted and robbed in gun point in the parking lot. Police came and they initiated the case. They are searching the suspect and I am helping them out in their process. I got the police report and according to it the crime was degree robbery. Later, I came to know that I am eligible for applying U-Visa. I talked with the detective about the U-Visa certification form. He is planning to fill it for me. I knew something about U-Visa, but I may need immigration attorney to make strong documentation for the U-Visa. So, do you guys anybody know about Nepalese attorney who is experienced in U-Visa? I really appreciated your suggestions. Thanks,
