Nepali kti, I think the information you provided is not sufficient to give useful information. The stipend depends upon your academic qualification, work experience, test score (TOEFL, GRE) , essay, and your communication with the faculty. Please don't get me wrong, Biology itself is a vague term, so can you please be specific about what do you want to specialize on? Good luck!!
