My GPA is ot too good. Its 2.9. I have one more year to graduate. GPA thorai bhayo bhaney kaam paudaina ho. sathiharuk garnehola.

GPA is only a factor for job attainment. there are other factors like networking, internships, leadership, involvement, professional work experience that help getting you job. being an international student with finding spnsor for H1 with that GPA is certainly hard. you do not have competitive advantage over native people with your GPA. Also it will very much affect your admission and scholarship if you plan on going to graduate school.

if you have time and are not in hurry to graduate, take some easy classes that will bump your GPA. thats is the only option i see to increase your GPA.

are you graduating with masters or bachelors degree?
All i can say is if you are graduating with masters degree, don't worry about your GPA. Join a consultancy.
