 please help....how to change status from h-1b to f-1

Hello Sajha users,
                           here is my case
1.was in f-1 till 2008
2.got h-1b in oct 2008
3.no job till now
4.want to change status from h-1b to f-1
5.no paychecks
         Please help me. Has anybody change there status from H-1B to F-1?if yes,
1.what are the documents they susbmit to USCIS.
2.how long did it takes to change status.
3.if rejected, on what ground you were rejected and what are the consequences.
4.Do we need the end of employment from employer.

All the sincere postings will be grately appreciated.
