edv 2008
i have got second letter of dv in nepal but i am currently in us with f1 status. i am quiet confused about how to process it further....do i have to apply for adjustment of status or do anything else...please who know about it suggest me...

easiet way is to go to nepal and face interview. easier and faster. good luck

Hey,
I do not agree with AAAA. I had the exactly same situation as you have right now. You can do processing from here and is far more easier than proecessing from nepal.
Follow those steps-
-Wait till your number is available. You can check in website to know when your number is available.
-go to nearist USCIS office in office hour and consult in public window in office hour, get the form needed , and they may give you list of place where you can do doctor certificate.
-take a appointment for application, you can take a appointment form www.uscis.gov and go through INFOPASS.
-follow up them as they tell.
Trust me it is very easy. Even i do not recommend to hire any attorny for this. Good luck

well, i did nt have such situation. but i know one guy who recently went to nepal and got his visa. you do not need attorney for sure.

Guys,
Do you have any idea how do I know- did I get selected in DV 2009 or not; I applied from US with the US address but I moved from that address. I would really appreciate for your reply and suggesstions.
