batas, do nepalis hang out in every bar in chicago?  i could've googled any bar out here but where are the nepali folk?

Go to the Devon area...Lotta Neps hanging around there pal.  And looks like some bumble-brained scullion like batas giving some smart azz comments here.  Ever been to Chi-City dude???  Go back and hit the clock at the gas-station in the hick town you're in, son!
