What happens if someone forgets to attach a W-2 form? Is this going to be problematic for them or can IRS access income data through the employer database and do the taxes?
Or can we send the W-2 form again separately?

it should'nt be a problem if u forget w2, as long as info filled in itr is correct.\

irs does not have time. only in rarest of rare cases they will contact u.

You filed ( Paper filing ), they have the numbers in their data base if matched may let you go or they will ask to submit .

You should have E-file free .
