Hey, Do u guys have any idea how long it is being taken to get OPT approved for this session. MY receipt date for opt application is 17th August, and I haven't heard anything from them yet. I have applied it to VERMONT CENTER. Guys please let me know as I am running out of time. Thank you. PM

It depends.... i got it after 45days of receipt. But i donot know it now. Normally if you didnot hear from them as mention in the Receipt you can inquiry them?

You said Vermont Service center rite, check here https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=VSC it says it would take up to 11 weeks from the receipt date.. Wish you luck..

I was supposed to start my OPT from 3rd july and I got mine on the 22nd july n i applied for it on 27th march. After 90 days you can call them and file a report and then they will expedize it.
