Hi all,
May be many have asked that question before!
I am planning for the application of Green card (E2 category), but I am still in OPT. I went to the USCIS site, they dont mention that the green card cannot be applied while on OPT. I am working currently, and my employer is willing to help me.

I must file the green card, since my OPT is expiring in 8 months and all the H1 quotas are full for 2007.

If anybody have any experinece and suggestion, please inform. Due to financial reasons, I am not planning to hire Lawyer, unless somebody suggest that the lawyer is must.

Please inform.

Thanks in advance.
