Guys, I am trying to complete I-765 form for my wife's EAD. She is currently in H4 Visa and looking to apply for TPS and TPS EAD. Does anyone know what to enter in question number 16, 17 and 18 ?

Also, I'm in H1b visa and planning to apply for TSP, do i need to apply for EAD card. If yes, what shall i enter in question number 16, 17, 18 in I-765 form.

Can we be in H1B and TPS status at the same time if I don't violate my H1B rules and regulation? Once TPS is approved, can we maintain H1b, visit Nepal in Advance parole, return to USA using advance payroll ( without going through councilor processing for visa stamping ) and still continue our H1b status after returning to USA ?

in 17, if you compnay is e-verify, please ask your HR for e-verify number, otherwise leave blank.

in 18, leave blank.

As far as avoiding re-stamping H1B and H4 at Visa Counselor in Nepal if you travel through 131 with TPS, you need to consult good attorney. Do not take a chance and depends on advance parole only.
