Just out of curosity, aren't kids of nepali citizen, even though they are born abroad are considered nepali. Do they have to in Nepal to be nepali? Don't embassy of Nepal issues some travel document for them, if they choose not to take US passport right away, since child's parents are citizen of Nepal.
