My Fellow Nepalis,
Help me out if you have any experience on this. I just moved to Texas from another state and attending Univ. of Houston starting spring 13. Currenlty, I am classified as out of state student for tuition as I have not lived here for a year. If anyone have experience getting in-state tuition through any other means, please share it. I will appreciate any tips/tricks to tweak the system as well:)

If military still does the non immigrant program, you can get your citizenship in a matter of 9-10 weeks after bootcamp. Also, If you enlist out of Texas, you also get free tuition due to hazelwood act.
