Do right and wrong exist?
What you believe is right, may be wrong for other, and vice versa?
Everybody tells at least one lie everyday, should we punish everybody? should we jail everybody?

If you had a fake resume for a job in medical field like doctor or nurse, where the life of other person could be in danger, I can understand that you will even go to jail. But, fake resume for an IT guy does not cause harm to anybody or anything. The worst case scenario is that they do not know what to work, and the project might be delayed a little. The project manager will be able to figure out underperforming people, and kick them out, if they want to.
End of the day, all it matters is whether you can accomplish the task that is assigned to you. If you can, you deserve the job, otherwise you will lose it. Remember, only the strongest will survive.

We all know what is wrong and what is right. But we are no saints, mind you. Faking is wrong, but this begs a question of how much? How much of a fake are you going fake?
There is moral dilemma that is going to chain you down thinking, its universally wrong to to fake a resume.
And there is practical dilemma that might make one think, someday you will be caught.
Personally speaking i dont care how you get the job if you can talk the talk. Its survival of the fittest and if you got big cojones to stand up regardless of what you have or dont have, kudos to you.
You could exaggerate on your resume and get a job if you are well-spoken and good at interviews. And you could have legit resume and be bad at interviews therefore not get a job.
Bottom line is its not my business however you get your job.
