yes, you have to show that umemployment income while filing your tax return. Who is getting that, you right ? then show your name while doing tax return.

Unemployment income is includible as taxable income on Form 1040.  There is a line on page 1 of 1040 which says Unemployment Income.

To answer your second quetion, if you file jointly with your wife, it doesn't matter whose name and social is the primary.  I would recommend to follow what you did in the past, if your social is the primary social then just use yours for every year.  Still both social will be reported on the tax return.
