My parents are currently in USA in visitor or tourist visa. While returning to Nepal. they want to visit LONDON on the way to Nepal. Do anybody know what is the procedure to get visa to visit UK? Do anybody know what the visa fee will be for such visa???

If your parents are in USA on B1/B2 visa they will not qualified to apply for UK visa from USA. To apply visa they have to do it from there own native country.
