I am soon moving to NY city. I was wondering if any body can help me out find a job and a room to share. My college is in Manhattan so i prefer some where near Manhattan but not in downtown because it would be really expensive. Please help me out and thanx in advance.

I guess you better find room somewhere in queens better if you can get near jackson height or woodside those kind of place because you will get a train to go everywhere and quite affordable for student too.

About job its not that easy right now, If you are moving i guess you should have some friends or relatives at least? If not try to find room or apartment or roommate whatever in

eknazar.com, sulekha.com or even is sajha those kind of sites. Once you go and live somewhere you will have your circle and you will get to know everyhting automatically. Now just worry about the place to live not job coz situation is hard and its not easy to find job but in Newyork they do have some consultacies who can look for cash job for you
