My brother have completed the Masters on Business Studies from TU,Nepal and he want to study in USA. He just came here by DV. Do you know how he'll get the evatulation certificate and Federal Grant? Does he'll get the credit for master's degree? We are truely appreciate if anybody share the ideas.

In order to get yr brother's certificate evaluation you need to select the university first and ask the international advisor for listed foreign credential evaluators. That may differ university to university. Regarding Federal Grants, it depends once he will be approved for the course. He can get some credits as per the syllabus he is admitted for.
