Can anyone advise me on how to file H1B from Non-Profit Organization and what the requirements are. Any particular helpful website? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

If you are working for an educational research organization, then you will be able to apply for H1B Cap exempt. You may want to look at IRS categorization for more info. If you post what you are working for, then you might get some idea from Sajha or visit http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/AC21C060606.pdf for more info. I am not a lawyer though
