All, I joined this multinational company 2 years ago as a contractor through a Dhoti consultant. Now this company wants to hire me as a full time employer. If you are like me then you would know how Dhoti consultant make you fake your resume before joining any big companies. Now, the HR Department of this multinational company is asking for resume before they can transfer my visa and offer full time job. So, the question is, should give the same resume that I initially submitted or give them the real resume? Has anyone gone through the same situation? please advise. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. thanks

Don't give your initial resume (fake) to the HR. Give them the original one. I don't know about how your company hiring process goes, but in mine, they called all the previous companies and asked them about me.

If your manager is asking you to submit your resume directly to the HR, then give them your original one without worry. If he is asking to give it to himself, then talk with him about your situation.

I am saying this from experience. Same thing happened to me and I talked with my manager, who helped me a lot.
