Do you guys have idea about the transportation engineer position in Caltran? I have been scheduled for interview. I am in Texas A&M and they are not paying for expenses. What is the possibility of getting job in Caltran and do they sponsor for H1B? If anybody has idea about caltran job, please suggest me.

Good luck for you. There are couple Nepali guys who work in Caltran. Caltran Sponsor the H1B but have not enrolled in E verification. So, if u could not selected in the first time in H1B, u may have to move from there. And, they donot sponsor Green Card even if you got the job and selected in H1B lottery.

Any way, that is a good place to start.

O i see. What GRE score do u recommend to apply there?

Admission depends on so many other factors. I did not have good GRE score. But I had job experience and good academic records. I go with 1200+
