Would it be a wise investment  to purchase a land  in Narayangadh? I have been offered an opportunity to purchase a piece of land in Narayangadh, located near "Purano Bus Park". Perhaps  100 meters from  from the bus park.

As I am also from chitwan,I wanna put some words based on my opinion and

experience(its my personal view,so may differ from others).First of all,for wat purpose

r gonna buy land, i mean for residence or commerce?If u r planning of residing,I don't think

it would be a good plan because its a kind of noisy place and also it wouldn't be safe.

People keep on moving in night too and there are a lot bhattis over there and I hope u don't

wann ur kids to be grown up on such kind of clumsy environment.I suggest you to look land

in Bharatpur area than those sides.They are perfect for residence and u can have access to

very facilities easily.Also,if u r looking in a commercial view,u can find a lot better places

than purano buspark.Hope u got some idea.love to share informations....in case u need.
