its called BOIL try to drain pus if its fully infected, boil water and clean with it its better if you have some antiseptic solution like betadine, clean with it and then try to drain pus, usually antibiotics help Chepalaxin 500 mg 4 times a day and take some Motrin ( Ibiprofen) 400 to 800 mg three times a day, keep it clean as much you can remember if it not infected dont try to drai wait for 2 to 3 days during that try medicine
