हिमालब्रो कुन कुन ब्रान्ड को मोमो wrapper प्रयोग गर्नु भएको छ ? सुरु सुरुमा Wonton wrapper को प्रयोग गरियो , कुनै बेला चिनिया पसल बात चारकुने देखि गोलो मोमो warpper को प्रयोग पछि घर मै बनाएर खान सुरु गरियो | हाम्रो जिब्रोले नेपालमा खाएको स्वाद खोजेको हुन्छ त्यो पाउन लाइ पसल मै जानु पर्छ नभए आफैले नै बनाउदा मात्रै पाइञ्छ | Pasta Maker ले चाहेको thinkness मा निकालेर आफुलाई चाहिने साइजको स्टिल को कपले साइज निकाल्दा बेलने झन्झट बाट बचाउछ अनि एकै साइजको मोमो बनाउन सहयोग गर्छ जस्तो लाग्छ |
