साचै नै क्लिक बेट हो ? दशैँ को बेला पकाएर खाने र ख्वाउने गर्नु भन्दा नेपालि स्वाद पाउने गरि पकाउने चमेना गृह बाट मगाईयो | ल्याम करी मिठो मात्र नभएर घरमा पकाएर खाईएको पुराना दिन को सम्झना दिलायो | मलाइ पनि तेस्तै ग्रेभी युक्त खसीमासु बनाउन 2-४ युट्युब हेरे | पन्जाब , हरियाणा देखि बिहार सम्मका पकवान बिधि हेरियो | बिहार र नेपाल टासिएको हुनाले तिनको र यहा टासिएको खसी पकवान बिधिमा खासै अन्तर देखिन | ग्रेभीको लागि धेरै प्याज र काजुको धुलो हालेको पाए | डच ओभन को कुरा सुने पछि स्यानो छदा मासु पकाउने ढड्डु जसलाई ससपिउन पनि भनिछ , जो Sauce Pan बाट अपभ्रम्सित भै नेपालि करण भएको हो| न्यु जर्जि पटेल ब्रदर्स समेत खोज तलास गर भ्याई सके | अरु परिकार पनि तास्नु होला |
