Any one here know how long it takes to get GC through F4 Sibling Category?
I've seen in Visa Bulletin that the current PD for this category is 08FEB04, but how true is that.
I have heard that it takes roughly 10+ years for this category but also heard that for Nepal it is sooner but not sure. So, just wanted to hear from those who got or know someone who got GC through this category. The reason behind being I am in a dilemma if I should wait for it or go ahead and apply for EB3 as I have been working in H1B for two years now.
Suggestions appreciated!!!
