Anyone interested in signing an apt lease in Irving area. I'm a working professional. Looking at the apt prices, they have somewhat skyrocketed. So, a 2 bed/2 bath would work great, if split between 2 people. Each would pay around 550, everything included. Let me know if you're interested. I'm looking at a 12 month lease term, and available to sign right away.
