I am thinking about transferring my H1b and I am aware that the premium processing is suspended for transfer too (I checked it). My question is, will H1b transfer falls under "Expedited adjudication of employment authorization applications, where appropriate;" as the Immigration Relief Measures for Nepali Nationals? Any attorneys or expert out there?? Thanks Dude

It says it is suspended for "Extension of Stay H-1B Petitions". Will this apply for a transfer too? I am in the similar boat of transfer too. http://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-temporarily-suspends-premium-processing-extension-stay-h-1b-petitions

How if the applicant has file from non profit organization, I believe they do not have to wait for quota.
