Please share info if anyone had gone through h4 visa stamping in Nepal. I recently got done with my h1 stamping, now planning for my spouse visa. Please Kindly list the H4 documents for stamping.

Below are the list of documents for h4 stamping.

1. I 797
2. LCA
3. I - 129
4. resume
5. marriage certificate
6. photo album
7. copies of passport ( principal applicant)
8. Visa interview letter
9. itenanary
10. tax return
11. marriage Inviation card
12. pay stubs
13. CLIENT Letter ( Is it necessary)?
14. DS -160
15. 2 Photo
16. employment verification Letter
17. her Original Passport.

Does she has to carry whole packets such as contract with vender, project related documents, client letter) . ? embassy did pims verification for my h1b stamping, do you think embassy will re verified PIMS?

My wife put these documents :
1. Letter from me (I wrote a letter to US embassy stating that she is my wife and please issue H4 visa for her )
2. Employment verification letter from my company (I asked company to mention my wife name in there and I can support her living here in US)
3. I 797 (H1 approval letter) - 2 pages (I sent the copy) (I asked US embassy in email if I have to send original, they said copy is fine)
4. Document package from the Lawyer (this inlude LCA / I129, whatever it has)
5. Marriage Certificate (govt)
6. Wedding Invitation cards - Both sides if you have any
7. Pay-stubs - couple of recent one
8. Bank Balance (I had 13K)
9. my Passport Pages (which have information about me and visa)
I also asked my wife to put her diploma and couple of certificates she achieved
10. Photo Album (Not in the file)

What form does dependent have to fill for H4 visa stamping or dependent just have to fill the same ds160 as for h1 stamping? Your input will be appreciated.
