Yes there is a college in NY its Infoserve institute and is located in flushing,NY when i joined couple of years back they used to provide with CPT from the very first day itself at present i have no clue.....Good luck

They don't now a days. You have to wait 3 months before getting CPt and now they are only providing part time CPT.

You might fall under Cap-gap extension, which will allow you to stay in US legally but without a legal permission to work. If incase, you get denied of your H1B you would be allowed 60days of grace period to leave US or change your status.
