Dear frends, i had filed political asylum on dec of 2011, as of today my case has neither been rejected nor been aproved. when ever i make inquiry regarding my case on assylum office ( LA, california), i get the same reply, "still pending". in this case what should i do? should i hire any immigration lawyer ? or should wait for more time ? will my case excel, if i hire any lawyer? has any one of you have gone thru this dilemmic stiuation ?

 dec 2011 or 2013? Did you give interview?

 I am in the same situation, but I have not received the interview date till today’s date. can you guys PLEASE give me some  idea TOO what to do in this situation. THANK YOU

 sorry guys for the confusion.. actually i had my interview on dec of 2011, tara mero case ko sunuwai bhaena.. its still on pending.. my case is neither rejected. nor accepted nor intended to deny.. i hope i have clearified my case little better.. any one ? any expert? who can help me?
